Largest and most precise Markforged 3D printer
The FX20 is the largest and most precise machine Markforged has ever produced. The FX20 features a heated, 80-liter build chamber and a massive, precision-ground vacuum bed with reusable print sheets. The motion control system provides closed loop control with precise linear encoders and moves the print head quickly and accurately. The print head has two plastic nozzles and one fiber nozzle.
Solid components with high construction speed
The FX20's turbo mode builds parts faster than any other Markforged machine, while the new XL spools provide four times the amount of material without changing spools. Boosted by the XL coils, print speeds are almost five times faster than the standard print settings of Markforged's other composite printers. It can also print almost five times larger parts than Markforged's next smallest X7 printer.
Simple and highly automated operation
The FX20 is amazingly easy to operate. Every area of the printer can be controlled via the 7-inch touchscreen. Automatic calibration and leveling reduces operator input, while a variety of sensors provide live feedback on machine performance. The material compartment contains two active XL spools and can store two more with precise moisture control.
