EMCO MAXXTURN 25 high-performance turning center

The perfect solution for high-precision complete machining of small parts! A special feature of the EMCO MAXXTURN 25 is the compact counter spindle, which makes it possible to pick up workpieces precisely and in the correct position for backworking. This means that a second clamping operation and long idle times can be avoided, resulting in a significant increase in productivity and shorter part delivery times. The MAXXTURN 25 can be configured with either a tailstock or counter spindle and optionally with or without a Y-axis, depending on requirements. The tool turret has a hydraulic locking system and offers space for twelve VDI16 tool holders. Driven tools and the C-axis are part of the center's standard equipment.

The MAXXTURN 25 is available with Siemens or Fanuc control.
