On July 1, 2024, there will be a significant change in the management of URMA AG: after 32 successful years as CEO, Urs W. Berner is handing over his position of CEO brothers Oliver Berner and Yannick Berner. They will jointly manage the family business as Co-CEOs. In his role as President of the Board of Directors, Urs W. Berner will continue to support URMA AG in an advisory capacity.
Urs W. Berner took over the management of the company from his father Willy Berner in 1992 and shaped URMA AG with his vision and tireless commitment. Under his leadership, the company developed into an innovative and internationally recognized company.
Oliver Berner and Yannick Berner have already held various roles and functions within the company for many years and have been active both on the Executive Board and the Board of Directors. With their modern and innovative approach and a clear strategic focus, they are ideally equipped to continue the success story of URMA AG. The division of responsibilities between the two Co-CEOs ensures that the challenges ahead can be dealt with efficiently and in a focused manner. As CFO, Jessica Berner will continue to be responsible for the financial management of the company and for all aspects of the HR department.
